Does a Webflow site need maintenance?
Less than WordPress, because Webflow hosts the site and updates its own platform. But forms, integrations, CMS content, custom code, SEO settings and the domain and site plan still need someone checking them.
What does Webflow website maintenance include?
Form and integration checks, CMS housekeeping, SEO settings and redirects, custom code reviews, safe publishing through the staging domain, uptime and domain monitoring, performance reviews and a monthly report.
Do Webflow sites need security updates?
There are no plugins to patch, which removes the most common WordPress risk. Security work on Webflow is about access: who has editor and designer seats, what third-party scripts are embedded, and where form data goes.
Can you make content changes in Webflow?
Yes. Content updates, new CMS items and small layout changes are handled from support hours on Care + Secure or from ad-hoc hours. Larger redesigns are quoted first.
Do you need Designer access to our Webflow site?
Usually yes, through a collaborator or client seat on your workspace. You keep ownership of the site and the workspace at all times.
Is Webflow maintenance cheaper than WordPress?

Yes, both directions, quoted as a migration project before any work starts.
Can you take over a Webflow site another designer built?
Yes. The free assessment reviews the site first: forms, integrations, CMS structure and SEO settings, so you know what needs fixing before regular maintenance begins.
Can you set up form integrations with our CRM?
Yes. Webflow forms can be connected to CRMs and email tools directly or through Zapier or Make. Set-up is quoted first; ongoing checks are part of maintenance.
Do you handle Webflow site plan and billing?
You keep the site plan and billing in your own workspace. We watch renewal and domain dates and flag anything that's about to lapse.
What happens if a publish breaks something?
Changes are checked on the staging domain first. If something still slips through, the site is restored from Webflow's backup and the change redone properly.
