I'm a hands-on engineer, not a manager who hands work down. I design the architecture, write the code, debug what breaks and run the servers myself, across WordPress, WooCommerce and custom PHP applications. If your site goes down, you're talking to the person who fixes it, not a support queue.
PixelGravitas exists because most website owners are stuck between two bad options: a freelancer who disappears when they get busy, or an agency that routes you through account managers before you reach anyone technical. The fix is simple to describe and hard to do: one accountable engineer, published prices, and everything in writing.

Who runs PixelGravitas?
Naveen Kumar, founder and lead engineer. He works on client sites directly, from code and servers to security and performance, and he's the person who answers your email.
Where is PixelGravitas based?
Chennai, India (IST, UTC+5:30). We work remotely with clients across the US, UK, Europe and Australia, mostly in writing, with calls booked when they're useful.
Which platforms do you work on?
WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow, static HTML and custom-coded sites. We don't take on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, BigCommerce, Drupal or Joomla projects, except to help you move away from them.
Will I be handed to a junior or an account manager?
No. The person who scopes the work is the person who does it and the person who reports on it. That's the point of how we're set up.
