The starting stateWhat the site looked like on day one, with evidence: screenshots, scan results, speed reports.
The diagnosisWhat was actually wrong, as opposed to what the symptoms suggested.
The workWhat was done, in what order, and why that order.
The measured resultNumbers, not adjectives: uptime, load times, errors cleared, incidents since.
The timeframeHow long each stage took, from first contact to a stable site.
The client's wordsWhat the client says about it, in their own words, named or anonymised by sector.
